Job Purpose

Reporting to the Program Marketing Manager, Gaming, the summer student will be working closely with various area within the Marketing & Communications department.

Job Responsibilities

· Refresh and reorganize filing systems used by the marketing team to include files across multiple systems.  This will include developing a streamlined process moving forward as well as archiving and organizing existing documents.

· Development of new reporting structure for annual marketing campaigns.

· Ability to use and transport various equipment and instruments to meet physical demands of jobs, which may include small signage maintenance and installation, signage hardware and promotional inventory activities.

· Travel required to multiple MBLL work locations.  Personal vehicle and valid MB Driver’s license is a requirement.

· Other duties as assigned.

 

Primary Qualifications

  •  University faculty and course(s): Marketing, Business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work both remotely and report to the sites as required, strong organizational skills, time management and attention to detail required.
  • Intermediate or better skills with the Microsoft Office Portfolio (Word, Excel, TEAMS, PowerPoint).
  • Above average communication skills (both electronic and in person communication and follow up with a variety of departments is required).
  • Basic design skills or proficiency with Adobe Photoshop considered an asset.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs required.

Vacation
