Job Purpose
Reporting to the Program Marketing Manager, Gaming, the summer student will be working closely with various area within the Marketing & Communications department.
Job Responsibilities
- Refresh and reorganize filing systems used by the marketing team to include files across multiple systems. This will include developing a streamlined process moving forward as well as archiving and organizing existing documents.
- Campaign reporting and analysis
- Conduct high level competitive research not limited to introductory offers, bonuses, promotions, and loyalty
- Purchase prizes and promotional merchandise and coordinate delivery
- Ability to use and transport various equipment and instruments to meet physical demands of jobs, which may include small signage maintenance and installation, signage hardware and promotional inventory activities.
- Travel required to multiple MBLL work locations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Primary Qualifications
- University faculty and course(s): Marketing, Business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work both remotely and report to the sites as required, strong organizational skills, time management and attention to detail required.
- Intermediate or better skills with the Microsoft Office Portfolio (Word, Excel, TEAMS, PowerPoint).
- Above average communication skills (both electronic and in person communication and follow up with a variety of departments is required).
- Basic design skills or proficiency with Adobe Photoshop considered an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs required.
- Personal vehicle and valid MB Driver’s license is a requirement.
