  • Monitor, analyze, and use evidence-based research and industry best practices to inform decision making. This may include review of existing research studies, monitoring of internal administrative data, or development and coordination of new research studies.
  • Monitor and analyze consumer awareness campaigns ensuring metrics are in place to measure campaign success and that messages are successfully delivered to target audiences. Consumer surveys or focus group testing may be employed to inform the development of brands, campaigns, or programs.
  • Use data, research, and customer feedback to demonstrate how social responsibility programs contribute to MBLL’s corporate goals, benefiting other departments in the process.
  • Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Reporting and Awareness: Coordinate the corporation's social responsibility metrics and monitors internal and external awareness about how MBLL positively impacts the province. This includes participation in the development of the corporation’s ESG report.
